Summer Highlights

I am bad at blogging. I used to blog religiously when I was in my 20s. I used a blog as a catalyst to create my Master’s Thesis. I loved it. Now, with the unmitigated chaos of adulthood squarely upon me, finding time to write is a challenge. All that to say, I want to be better about it. There is very little evidence to suggest that I will be. Sh*t in one hand, wish in the other, emIright?

This summer I had the privilege of being included in two exhibitions, the 79th Ohio Annual Exhibition at the Zanesville Museum of Art and Summer Selections at my home gallery, Hammond Harkins Gallery where I also got to lead a Siposium workshop.

Let’s be accountability partners. I will be better about blogging and adding updates if you will be better about getting out into the community and seeing local art, music, craft, and film. It takes all of us to make our community creative. I don’t even care what you go see as long as you are enriching your brain|heart|body with the good stuff.
